Survey & Feasibility

Our capable associate Surveyors, Liaison Officers and Civil Engineers, well versed with all the municipal guidelines prepare the necessary drawings and also work in tandem with the technical land survey team to prepare the feasibility report.

Design

GS has multiple associate architects who deliver top class architectural and interior designs, that are not only aesthetically appealing but also functionally superior.

Commissioning & Execution

GS's expertise extends also to taking up projects on a turnkey basis and with emphasis on the minutest of details; we undertake Purchase, Co-ordination, Professional Services and Labour.

Together with the customer, we define the content, quality levels, costs and completion times for the project. This forms the basis of our execution management of the project.
